Accommodation can be arranged in Three Star hotel and Guest houses on prior request at following rates:

Accommodation charges can be deposited directly in bank account (details given below) through cash/RTGS/NEFT/online transfer or by Demand draft in favor of ICCT 2016 payable to Jaipur.

Accommodation request is to be given online only. Payment of accommodation charges must be done before request for accommodation as accommodation request form includes transaction number/demand draft number. Payment can be made in local currency or in USD equivalent to current exchange rate. The conference organizer will not accept any charges associated with money transfer.

Multiple accommodation request with same Registration ID will not be accepted. One transaction number can only be used for one accommodation request; multiple request with same transaction number will lead rejection.

Accommodation request WILL NOT be entertained until payment is received.

On successful submission of online accommodation request form a filled form will be generated. In case of direct deposit, participant must note the transaction number and mail the proof of payment along with transaction number and filled form to Convener (poddarcollegeevents@gmail.com). Demand draft along with hard copy of filled form must be sent to Convener only by speed post.

Note:Accommodation charges once paid will not be refunded in any case, however in special case it can be adjusted towards other participant on request.
